Golf Carts
The EDO is occasionally able to accommodate requests to borrow its golf carts. Due to maintenance and liability issues, this offer currently only extends to full-time Engineering staff. If you have a large event and would like to borrow a cart, please contact EDO Operations staff person, Veronica Cruz. Note that the staff borrower must:
- be full-time ENG staff,
- have completed and passed the ASU Authorized Driver Training (in Career Edge),
- adhere to EDO Cart Checkout and Cart Cleaning protocols,
- anticipate and understand that the reservation may be cancelled at any time should the Dean need use of the vehicle.
Insurance
It is important to have appropriate insurance verification for all parties/organizations involved in your event. Check out the following website or call Insurance Services 480-965-7700 for guidance.
Parking
Planning where your guests can park is essential considering the extensive size of our campus. Check on the map for the visitor parking structure closest to your event location, then fill out parking request though Parking and Transit Services Parking Request to reserve parking spaces for your guests.
If you don’t want your guests to pay for parking you have to either purchase parking validations or get access to validation website where you can validate parking on site. This is available through Parking and Transit Services.
