Cooley Ballroom

  • Full ballroom can be split in three

  • 1/3 takes 32 U, 40 square, 56 classroom, 64 banquet, 120 theater

  • 3 total screens in each ballroom section with projectors in ceiling,
  • Laptops are not reservable, Bringing personal laptop suggested

Citrus Private Dining is a conference style room that can seat up to 20 guests.  It is equipped with a TV and HDMI connection to be able to project.

Devils Den

  • Recreation space for students to relax and play games. Furnished with sofas and study tables.
  • Can hold up to 50 people
  • Available for reservations open to the campus. Please note, students are permitted to utilize room during reserved events

MCOE (Multicultural Communities of Excellence) space is located at room 123 in the Citrus Dining Pavilion. The space can hold 37 people, has numerous tables and chairs and a large screen for presentation. They have a lapel mic for presenters.

Events may bring in outside food vendors or Aramark Catering in this space. The space is connected to Devil’s Den and that space can be reserved in conjunction with MCOE to accommodate a larger event.  Reserve the space through  Mazevo

 

 

Sun Devil Fitness Complex (SDFC)

  • Have three large basketball courts, one separated by wall
  • Two racket ball courts
  • Three multipurpose rooms that can seat from 30-49 people
  • You need to rent equipment for all exercise rooms listed above
  • Wellness center for 20 with movable furniture

Administration Conference Room (Admin 140)

  • Fire Code Capacity is 56 max
  • Set theater style fits 56 chairs
  • Zoom capabilities
  • Reservation fee
  • Conference style – seats 15-20 (depending on set-up)
  • Classroom style – seats 20-40 (depending on set-up)
  • Building is not ISAAC supported, so space is only available M-F from 8am-5pm (includes set-up and tear down)
  • Spaces do not have REC support during event, so all furniture adjustments, clean-up & AV support are the responsibility of the reservation holder
  • If food & beverage is utilized in the space, porter service is required
  • Space cannot be reserved until after the start of classes for that semester
  • Due to Admission Services Visit schedule – space is unavailable M/F from 8am-noon, and Wednesdays from 8am-3pm

Innovation Hub

  • Great space for larger events
  • Can be used for hands on workshop
  • 8 smaller conference rooms available for reservation as well

Innovation Classroom Space Peralta Hall

  • Engineering has two rooms use for building and assembling projects in PRLTA
  • These can be used for workshops or for event wanting a unique surrounding

Lecture halls – classroom space

  • Poly has multiple nice size lecture halls that can seat from 100-423
  • Booked online through Astra by assigned scheduler in your department

  • Can be difficult to get during the school year
  • No food is allowed in academic facilities, however several of the halls have larger foyer where you can reserve food before or after your event
  • The black box in the Applied Arts Center can be booked through Blake Holder

Please fill out the following form to start the process of reserving a SCAI/TPS conference room or classroom for your upcoming meeting.

Requests for classrooms must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.

Parking

  • There are several ways to reserve parking at poly
  • You can book a whole lot, or a part of a lot or just have validation stickers
  • Parking services is also great at helping setup directional signs for your event for small fee
  • Fill out this online form for event reservations at any of our campuses

  • For validations email request for scratching validation passes with work day information (CC/PG or GR) and quantity of scratchers.  Do this early as they do not have a large quantities available in the office.
