Using the ASU logo and trademarks on product

Using the approved vendor list (Sunmart) is not the same as using the approved LICENSEE list (see link below). When ordering products with an ASU mark, name, or logo (for internal or external use) please refer to the list of licensed vendors.

ASU logo and wordmark must be used in accordance with the ASU Brand Guide.

Promotional items

If you are organizing or attending an event and would like to take large quantities of items to hand out, please contact the Communications team to discuss options within your budget and timeline. Complete the Project Request Form on the Engineering Communications page.

The earlier you begin planning, the more options you will have! Remember to build time into your schedule to allow for printing or production and delivery of your take-away. Promotional items can include printed pieces, t-shirts, lanyards and other items.

T-Shirts

If you want University funds to pay for shirts you must use one of these vendors who have a contract with the university for water based ink T-Shirts and Polo styled embroidered shirt apparel.

Promotional Items

For small quantities of promotional items, the quickest way to get Fulton merchandise is through the ASU Bookstore on Tempe campus and Sun Devil Marketplace at HLMK.

Engineering Dean’s Office has a small selection of promo items available for Engineering—some are free, and others can be picked up at the same cost the Dean’s Office pays.

You can also order gifts from the supplier of your choice. If your gift includes an ASU logo or trademark, make sure to verify that the supplier is already a licensed vendor with the university.

Awards

You can order awards through any of the licensed vendors. The Print at ASU, 480-966-2945 is a great location for awards.
